AN ACT supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of the existing appropriations from the state fund, general revenue, to the department of military affairs and public safety-division of corrections-correctional unit, fund 0450, fiscal year 2002, organization 0608, supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand two.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation from the state fund, general revenue, to the department of military affairs and public safety-division of corrections-correctional unit, fund 0450, fiscal year 2002, organization 0608, be amended and reduced in the existing line item as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement, amend, reduce and increase items of existing appropriations in the aforesaid accounts for the designated spending units. The funds are for expenditure during the fiscal year two thousand two with no new money being appropriated.
